Well, what's next?
Nobody comes here these days. And even if they did, they wouldn’t see much, but two very random posts, written by the same lifeless guy. Me. What, you think I don’t have anything better to do? Well…… Yeah, but not at the moment. I don’t normally do journal entries. The blog I keep on friendster is merely an outlet where I write stories when I am in a dark mood. Thankfully, this does not occur often these days. However, I guess since this is going to be closed soon anyway, I’ll place my thoughts in here, before the server closes it down. Since this is a blog meant for PW, I guess I’ll do my own take on it here. To me, the period I spent doing PW was not simply a long task. It was a time where I got to know three other classmates –my group mates- almost as well as I knew myself. I would get to know their strengths, their weaknesses, what made them mad, and so on. They might or might not have become totally different people by the time we were done with the project. To their credit, I know my group mates saw a totally different side of me- one that was very caustic and unpleasant to be with (sorry folks!). To me, the project itself was an unpleasant but necessary task, because it firstly was not within my area of interest; secondly, because I wasn’t familiar with two of my ‘mates, Shobana and Sharifah. Not at first anyway. It was seen by most people as the conduit to gain entry into the university, myself not withstanding. That was probably why we spent so much time on it, in the process neglecting most of our studies. Well, now we can only hope that it will be worth it. However, whether or not I do well, I can only say one thing for sure: my other group mates have gone from being strangers to good friends who are willing to watch out for each other and help each other out. They have gone from being associates to a group of people who can laugh, joke, and even tease each other without compunction because we all know each other so well that all these is done without any ill intentions whatsoever. So, PW group mates, this one’s for you.
